Human Relations (HR) is an international peer reviewed journal publishing the highest quality original research to advance our understanding of social relationships at and around work. They receive over 1000 new submissions per year and the team at Editorial Office help to ensure the submission process is streamlined and effective.

Working together to increase impact

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) have been a permanent partner since April 2013, having initially worked with them back in October 2008.

The journal encourages strong empirical contributions that develop and extend theory as well as more conceptual papers that integrate, critique, and expand existing theory. In 2020, the 2 year Impact Factor saw a 7% increase to 3.632 (2018 2 year IF = 3.367) and the 5 Year Impact Factor has also increased to 4.659 (2018 5 year IF = 4.360).

We are very proud to be partnered with such a successful journal.
